Cinnamon roll recipe

Today I baked kanelbullar or cinnamon roll for first time.
The result not bad..
I took the recipe from the internet...

Ingredients:

Dough:
25g of wet yeast for sweet dough
75g butter
2.5cups milk
0.5cups sugar
1 pinch salt
about 7 cups flour

Filling
50g butter
0.5cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon/2 fullspoon vanilla sugar

Brushing:
1pc egg

Granish:
Pearl sugar

Steps:

Crumble the yeast into a mixing bowl. Melt the butter and add the milk and let it become lukewarm. Dissolve the yeast in a bit of dough liquid, then add the rest. Add salt, sugar and cardamom and stir.
Use an electric mixer with dough hooks or appliance to work in all wheat flour in the dough. The dough should be soft and supple. Let it rest for 30 minutes covered.

Make the filling. Mix shortening, sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular plate, 20 x 50 cm. Spread with filling and roll up. Cut about 1 ½ cm thick slices and place them in the bull dies, cut side up. Let rise for 10 minutes.
Beat the egg with the ordinary whisk and brush this carefully on the buns (do not press hard).Sprinkle with pearl sugar.

Bake in oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 minutes or in oven 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
