1. Ice fishing

For the first time in our life, we experienced the ice fishing in Falun.
It was about 3 hour by car from Stockholm, first time experience drove in the Winter and snowy road. We really enjoyed the event, even though no fishing could be caught. It's fine. Khayr enjoyed pulka on the frozen lake, although he had fever after we came back from Falun. Looking forward for ice fishing again! j

2. Anniversary in Italy

In March, we celebrated our anniversary in Italy. We took flight from Stockholm to Rome, spent 2 nights in Rome, then headed to Pisa by Italia train. We just spent like half a day in Pisa before went to Florence again by Italia train. Florence is beautiful. Highly recommended. From Florence we went to Venice!! My most favourite part of Italy. It's like mysterious but amazing place. We spent 2 nights in in Venice before went to Milano. City of shopping. But we didn't do shopping hahaha just sightseeing. In summary, the trip was amazing and unforgettable. Wish i can go to Italy again next time. InsyaAllah.

3. Attend International conference

I have been accepted for the international conference in Barcelona Spain. I was so excited because that was the first International Conference that I attended. The meeting was about the Diabet*c Nephropat*y , field that what my Ph.D about. My supervisor was really nice, when he offered me to bring along my family members since I'm alone attended that meeting. The meeting was held in the 5* hotel, which all the participants provided with food and free accommodation. So basically it was like a free vacations for us. HEHEHE. When I'm attending the meeting, En Kam and Khayr were having a good time in the city centre or in the beach. So unfair huh? hehe. We stayed for another 2 nights after the conference ends for holidays. I love Barcelona, it is a nice city. We had been to Barcelona before, but this time we managed to go to the Barcelona Aquarium to entertain Khayr. Alhamdulillah it was a wise decision because Khayr love it :)

4. Celebrate Hari Raya in Malaysia!! :)

After 2 years raya di perantauan, we decided to celebrate raya with families in Malaysia. We took Turkish Airlines from Stockholm, transit in Istanbul and continue another 10 hours to kuala Lumpur. Ijat, Ekin, Alin, kakcik and kak Uda fetch us in the airport. Ijat brought us berbuka puasa somewhere in Kajang. I was very happy although after 14 hours flight, alhamdulillah Khayr was very good dalam flight. Tak buat perangai sangat. Most of the time dia tidur :)

We celebrated our first day raya in Kulim, then heading to Paka to visit our first niece from my side. Auni Aqilah :) Khayr sempat mandi sungai for the first time.. yeayyyy.

Then we celebrated raya in rembau, my father abah followed us raya in Rembau and Melaka, rumah abg nua. Beautiful moments.

Mak buat kenduri doa selamat sikit di rembau, after that we went to Melaka and took the river cruise. Not bad.. the view during the night quite nice with the kights akong the river. It just the smell from the water make me sick! Hahaha. Owh we also had An opportunity to bring Khayr to the Zoo Negara! We had fun there. This year most probably raya di sini je. Last raya di perantauan. InsyaAllah. :)
